God bless all of the women of God in the world that lift up, inspire, and encourage the body of Christ daily. Below are three characteristics of a godly woman.
1. A Godly Women Has Genuine Faith
"when I call to remembrance the genuine faith that is in you, which dwelt first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice, and I am persuaded is in you also." (2 Timothy 1:5)
2. They Train Up A Child In The Way They Should Go
"Train up a child in the way he should go,
And when he is old he will not depart from it."
(Proverbs 22:6)
A godly mother raises her child to be close to the Lord. If a child grows up with the Lord, it's going to be harder for them to depart from Him. A godly mother sows spiritual seeds in her child that that will prosper in due season.
3. Godly Women Continuously Forgive
"And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses." (Mark 11:25-26)
Godly women are always consistently and continuously forgiving. Unforgiveness is like drinking poison hoping it will harm the other person. Unforgiveness can block your blessings. A godly woman with a godly heart continuously forgives.
