Deliverance is focusing on Jesus and NOT on ourselves.
& a church without deliverance is just a demon daycare.
We must stop entertain demons inside of people!
Demons are humans without bodies.
Test every spirit!
Patterns... we must discern the patterns in people.
What if the problem is not the person, what if the problem are the patterns the person has.
6 “Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces. (Matthew 7:6)
By casting our pearls unto pigs... if gives people the authority to trample and tear you into pieces.
17 Now I urge you, brethren, note those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and avoid them. 18 For those who are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth words and flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple. 19 For your obedience has become known to all. Therefore I am glad on your behalf; but I want you to be wise in what is good, and simple concerning evil. 20 And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen. (Romans 16:17-20)
Those that serve the god of their belly... don't entertain them.
Don't allow them to get access to you... your attention and distraction your assignment.
These people are assigned to destroy and distract you.
21 Then they went into Capernaum, and immediately on the Sabbath He entered the synagogue and taught. 22 And they were astonished at His teaching, for He taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.
23 Now there was a man in their synagogue with an unclean spirit. And he cried out, 24 saying, “Let us alone! What have we to do with You, Jesus of Nazareth? Did You come to destroy us? I know who You are—the Holy One of God!”
25 But Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be quiet, and come out of him!” 26 And when the unclean spirit had convulsed him and cried out with a loud voice, he came out of him. 27 Then they were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, “What is this? What new doctrine is this? For with authority He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him.” 28 And immediately His fame spread throughout all the region around Galilee. (Mark 1:21-28)
The demon knew it was Jesus & the Lord Jesus tells him to be quiet! He shuts the demon down and takes authority.
We are not here to play with demons, we are here to cast out demons & take our authority as ambassadors of Jesus Christ.
We don't counsel demons, we cast them out!
1 And when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease. (Matthew 10:1)
The Lord is looking for more vessels and instruments over unclean spirits.
34 saying, “Let us alone! What have we to do with You, Jesus of Nazareth? Did You come to destroy us? I know who You are—the Holy One of God!” 35 But Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be quiet, and come out of him!” And when the demon had thrown him in their midst, it came out of him and did not hurt him (Luke 4:34-35)
There are people who get into God's presence to get delivered, but don't stay in God's presence to stay delivered.
43 “When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none. 44 Then he says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when he comes, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order. 45 Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first. So shall it also be with this wicked generation.” (Matthew 12:43-45)
Characteristics of demons:

#2 Harass
#3 Torment
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Principalities - Top Rank Demonic Beings
Powers - Delegated Authority
Rulers of darkness - Parts of govt.
Spiritual host of wickedness - demons & unclean spirits
Bind - tightly pack or arrest
Cast out
Pull down strongholds.
Strongman - devil
Stronghold - thought process
Uprooting
Render - cause to be powerless
